The sun set in the East: East County All-Star Game report
The center of San Diego basketball was in Lakeside on March 25, as the top players in East County gathered for the first post-season all-star game in the county since 2020.
The teams were split in the traditional "east" and "west format," with the 67 freeway as the line of demarcation.
In the end, it was Team West with a 105-100 win over the East team in a game that was closer than anticipated.
