The Full-Time Hoops Preseason All-San Diego Team

Preseason Player of the Year: Devon Arlington, San Marcos

One of the county's two Division 1 commits to start the season, Arlington, committed to Yale, is the region's top returning player. He averaged 20 points, 6 rebounds and 5 assists for a Knights team that had an undefeated regular season last year. San Marcos should be in the mix for another CIF Open Division appearance, and Arlington will be the catalyst.
